  • 3D Designer
    We are a collaborative creative team in search of a confident Retail 3D Designer who is eager to innovate, contribute, and influence our solutions daily. We are a team dedicated to changing the future of retail experiences and design, and seeking new teammates that are as enthusiastic as we are to help clients discover their potential. And, for the candidate, we offer the opportunity for creative professional growth, development, and contributing with a collaborative team in a positive, supportive culture.  The Retail 3D Designer will strengthen Niven’s innovation portfolio, develop creative concepts for retail display challenges, and work collaboratively with teammates across creative disciplines. As a direct report to the Creative Director, the 3D Designer will spend their time participating in idea generation, concept sketching, design refinement, 3D solution renderings, collaborating with engineering team, and working with the model shop to produce prototypes. Our ideal candidate looks like this…. • Must be an enthusiastic and creative fit in our culture: willing to support and collaborate with teammates within and outside the creative department • Has a degree from an Industrial or Product Design program • Is inquisitive, unafraid to ask questions, and eager to take risks  • Has excellent sketching and visual communication skills  • Has experience with 3D rendering tools (Rhino, Pro/E or SolidWorks) • Work in a pro-active capacity, taking initiative in all phases of the job • Experience in and familiarity with Converting equipment and processes including scoring, machine capabilities/limitations, spec sheets and drawings • Knowledge of various paperboard stocks, corrugation, packaging film, POP displays, label stocks and printing processes • A basic understanding of the corrugated manufacturing process and CAD, Artios CAD, Adobe Illustrator and/or TOPPS. This role will prioritize developing and designing Instruction Sheets in collaboration with the Engineering Team to design and produce clear and concise assembly and installation guides for clients and installers. In addition, the role will require the Designer to help develop creative concepts for retail display challenges, assist in developing 3D renderings, and and work collaboratively with teammates across disciplines.     We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and growing our client base by building strong relationships and providing innovative display solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from retail stores to trade shows, and contribute to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities Actively prospect and generate leads to identify new business opportunities related primarily to permanent displays along with temporary displays and Niven’s suite of services Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, and drive revenue on a year-over-year basis Collaborate with the design and production teams to create customized display solutions that meet client needs and specifications Present and demonstrate our display products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company pricing policies Track and manage sales activities, including preparing sales forecasts, sales reports, and analyzing market trends Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify opportunities and challenges Achieve agreed-upon sales quotas Lead a project through the entire sales lifecycle by building long-lasting client relationships and collaborating with both key internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify and respond to client needs effectively Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our display solutions and build long-term client relationships Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Strong listening, evaluating, and problem-solving skills. Ability to develop alternative solutions when needed to meet deadlines and budgets.
